The Cast:

Over 75 international cast and crew members from Little Star Services Ltd, will fly down to deliver a total of 10 shows. All of the cast members are internationally acclaimed performers who have experience bringing out the best of Broadway and West End productions.

Little Star Services was formed by Judy Craymer, Benny Andersson, Björn Ulvaeus and Richard East to produce the stage musical, MAMMA MIA!  Based in London, the company has now evolved into a successful global producer of theatre, film, television, publishing and music shows.

Four different ticket and seating categories are available for you to choose from. You can opt to enjoy VIP front-row seating or soak up the sights and sounds of the show from a balcony or one of the wings. The theatre has been designed to ensure optimal viewing throughout the different seating areas.

1. Age Limit

  • Children below 3 years of age are not permitted to enter the theatre.
  • Children 3 years old and above must purchase a ticket for admission.
  • All children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

2. Kids Deal

  • This offer is only valid for purchases made through the Cinnamon Box Office ticket counter not for online purchases. For more details contact us on our hotline +94 112 161 161 Ext 3.
  • Buy one ticket for yourself and be entitled to 50% off on the ticket of one accompanying child on the same seat category.
  • E.g. Two adults can be accompanied by 2 children at 50% off, three adults can be accompanied by three children at 50% off, etc.
  • The number of discounted seats allocated for children will be limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Child policy/ terms & conditions

  • The kids deal is available on matinee shows only.
  • The age group for children is 3-11 years.
  • Proof of identity will be required at the entrance.
  • Children under 3 are not permitted in the theatre.

3. Admission and Late Arrival

  • For the enjoyment of all audience members, all events start promptly at the time printed on the ticket. Please be seated 20 minutes before the performance start time.
  • Late arrival may result in non-admittance. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the conditions of entry outlined by the Seller and Venue. Late arrival may result in non-admittance until there is a suitable break in the performance.
  • All guests may be subject to searches, including searches of bags, clothes and other possessions, when entering the theatre. Searches may also be carried out while inside the theatre or when leaving it. Guests who do not cooperate with searches may be denied entry or asked to leave the theatre.
  • Ticket holders may only leave and re-enter the venue during an event at the discretion of the management of the venue. Otherwise, there will be no re-admission or pass-outs of any kind.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Once tickets are confirmed they cannot be refunded (unless the event / performance is cancelled).

5. Exchanges and Upgrades

Changes for an earlier date:

  • No cost if the number and value of the tickets are the same or higher and the new booking is for an earlier date subject to availability.

Changes for a later date:

  • If the exchange or upgrade occurs more than 30 days prior to the event, a 20% exchange fee will apply subject to availability.

6. Restricted View

  • Restricted view – Rs. 4,500 tickets
  • This means you will not be able to see 60% of the stage due to the angle the seats are positioned. This is not a recommended seating option.

7. Ticket Policies

  • Your contract for the purchase of Ticket(s) is formed as soon as We have processed Your payment and will expire immediately after the performance of the Event for which You purchased Ticket(s). However, any purchases are subject to payment card verification and other security checks and Your transaction may be cancelled if it does not pass Our verification processes.
  • Your purchase of Ticket(s) is subject to these Terms and Conditions, which incorporate and should be read in conjunction with the event promoters conditions and regulations, copies of which are available on the Event or Venue website or at Venue Box Office. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms in relation to Venue or Promoter requirements, those of the Promoter shall prevail. If no Promoter, those of the Venue shall prevail.
  • It is Your responsibility to check Your Ticket(s) as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase. Please check your Ticket(s) on receipt carefully and contact us immediately if there is a mistake.
  • We will not be responsible for any Ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. The Management only accept responsibility for Tickets bought from one of its own managed sales points. Any queries regarding tickets purchased from ticket agents must be directed back to the relevant agent.
  • We and the Event Partner(s) reserve the right to provide alternative seats at an Event to those specified on the Ticket if the staging of the Event reasonably requires so, provided they are of no less value to that stated on the Ticket.
  • Possession of a ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) for you to use, alter, copy or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the Ticket.
  • No Ticket can be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written permission is given by the Event Partner(s), provided that even if such consent is obtained, use of Our trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to our prior consent.
  • You agree not to obtain or attempt to obtain any Ticket(s) through unauthorized use of any robot, spider or other automated device or any other illegal or unauthorized activity. We reserve the right to cancel any Ticket transaction which We reasonably suspect to have been made in breach of these provisions without any notice to You and all Ticket(s) purchased as part of such transaction will be void.
  • Where a discount is applicable, proof of identity and concession entitlement (for example of age or student status) may be required.

8. Price and Payment

  • The price of the Ticket shall be the price set at the time We accept Your order. All advertised prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and per Ticket booking fee (where applicable) but exclusive of any per transaction, collection or delivery fee.
  • No order will be accepted until We have received full payment in cleared funds. We reserve the right to cancel any booking which We reasonably suspect to have been made fraudulently.
  • All Concessions and Discounts are subject to availability, they may be restricted to certain price levels and performances.
  • Only one Concession or Discount is available per ticket.

9. Ticket Collection

  • To avoid queues, tickets may be collected at any designated Cinnamon ticket outlets at least 1 day before the show.
  • Credit cards used to make the booking must be presented when collecting the tickets.

10. Prohibited

  • All items prohibited under Sri Lankan law not limited to any drugs, use of e-cigarettes, weapons are prohibited within the theatre.
  • Photography, Video Recording and Audio Recording are strictly prohibited during the performance. unless previously authorized by the Promoter.
  • Mobile telephones and messaging equipment must be switched off during the Event.
  • Alcohol may only be consumed in public bars and other authorized areas.
  • Smoking is not permitted unless within a designated smoking area (if any).

11. Refreshments and Meals

  • Outside meals are not allowed.

  • 1. How much are the tickets?

  • Category 1 (VIP) – 20,000
  • Category 2 – 15,000
  • Category 3 – 10,000
  • Category 4 – 7,000
  • Category 5 - 4,500 (Restricted View)
  • 2. What’s included in the ticket?

  • Restricted view – 4,500 – This means you will not be able to see 60% of the stage due to the angle the seats are positioned. This is not a recommended seating option.
  • 3. What’s a restricted view ticket?

  • All tickets are for the show only. The prices are inclusive of VAT and government taxes.
  • 4. Can I book over the phone?

Reservations can be done over the phone on 11 2161 161 (ext. 3). The Call Centre operates 24/7.

Payments for tickets can be made from July 24th onwards through the following methods:

  • 5. I don’t like paying online. Is there another way I could purchase tickets?

  • The box plan opens at the Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo from 24th July onwards for bookings. Walk-in bookings are possible.
  • 6. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Cash / credit card payments will be accepted at the ticket counters at Cinnamon Grand and Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo.
  • Online bookings are available via www.cinnamonboxoffice.com.
  • 7. What debit/ credit cards do you accept?

  • We accept debit and credit cards for Visa and MasterCard and American Express.
  • 8. How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

  • Bookings can be made directly through www.cinnamonboxoffice.com. Generally, you should receive your email confirmation within an hour of booking. If your email has not arrived, then please check your spam filter or, if you’re unsure, please contact the Call Centre.
  • 9. Are there special offers/ discounts?

  • Discounts are available for bookings of 100 seats and above in a single or mixed category. Buy 100/ get 10 free.
  • 10. Is there a limit on the number of tickets I can buy?

  • There is no limit to the number of tickets you can buy.
  • 11. When will I receive my actual show tickets?

  • Your e-ticket is the confirmation and can be brought into the show and can be checked in.
  • 12. What is a matinee performance?

  • A matinee is an afternoon performance. MAMMA MIA! will have 3 matinee performances on the 23rd, 29th and 30th December 2018 between 14.00 and 16.30.

THE CAST

  • 1. Who is the cast?

  • An international acclaimed touring cast will perform.

  • 2. Will the show have a Sri Lankan cast?

  • There will be no Sri Lanka cast members performing in this particular production.

DISABLED ACCESS

  • 1. Does the venue have Disabled Access?

  • Yes, however, this will be limited access on the ground floor.
  • There are no special seats with wheelchair access, however aisle seats will be allocated for wheelchair users.
  • 2. Should I make a booking online if I am disabled?

  • You are welcome to book an aisle seat according to the box plan. To talk through your requirements and ensure that the venue can accommodate your needs before you book, please contact us on the hotline 11 2161 161 (ext. 3).
  • 3. Is the theatre accessible to those with hearing or visual impairments?

  • The theatre unfortunately does not have special provisions for those with visual or hearing impairments.

CANCELLATION

  • 1. What if I am unable to use my tickets?

  • Once tickets are confirmed they cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless of course the event/performance is cancelled).
  • 2. What if a performance is cancelled or a production is closing sooner than advertised?

  • If the performance you are attending is cancelled midway through the performance, you will generally receive details on the spot advising you of what happens next.
  • If your booked performance is cancelled or the production is closing early, we will notify you as soon as we receive an official notification from the producers.
  • 3. When being refunded for a cancelled performance, when can I expect to receive the refund?

  • Refunds will normally be credited back within 14 working days, unless advised otherwise at the time your refund is confirmed.
  • 4. If the advertised actors are unavailable for the performance, can I get a refund?

  • There is a small chance that actors may be changed for performances without notice. Unfortunately the use of alternative actors does not provide a valid reason for requesting a refund.
