Cinnamon Life was honored to host a sold out show with the world-renowned magician and mentalist duo, The Clairvoyants. The one night only show that took place on 4th of April 2019 at the Nelum Pokuna Mahinda Rajapakse Theatre, featured the iconic act, Amélie van Tass and Thommy Ten, the world champions of mindreading, who presented a fabulous new world of mentalism and unique illusions in Colombo that became the talk of the town, with guests gushing with positive comments about the magical prowess of this dynamic duo.
Born and raised in Austria, Amélie van Tass and Thommy Ten came together as a duo in 2011 October, upon realizing their mutual knack and penchant for performing illusions.
Since they joined forces, they have put together some of the most nail-biting, sensational and well-thought out illusions and magic tricks in the entertainment industry. They were named ‘German Champions of Mentalism,’ ‘Magicians of the Year’ and ‘World Champions of Mentalism’. The duo also received worldwide acclaim in 2016, when they became the runners-up of America’s Got Talent Season 11. They currently headline ‘The Illusionists – Turn of the Century’ show which runs in New York City and is recorded as the bestselling magic show in Broadway history. Their shows have sold out in hundreds of countries around the world, and the duo is set to enchant and enthral magic fans in Colombo as part of their international tour.
